  • If your program receives Region 10 TEXSHEP Grant funds, choose this option.

  • If you are not a THN member or a TEXSHEP Grantee, choose this option.

  • If you are presenting a workshop, choose this option.

  • Required of all TEXSHEP Grantee staff. This opening session will take place on Wednesday, October 4, 8:30 - 11:30 a.m. The closing session will take place on Friday, October 6, 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

  • Registrants that attend all of the Case Management sessions will receive a CMI certificate of attendance.

  • Your confirmation email will include a link to the online form to sign up for CEU credits.
